I get up at 5 every morning and saw only a skiff of snow, so *knew* we would be having school. At 6:30 we got a phone call saying school had been cancelled...still only a skiff here, but the weather report is that we are to get up to 10 (additional) inches and wind, sot I guess they were being cautious.
It's a good thing, cuz two hours later we have 3" and you can see by these photos, that it is still snowing heavily! I just stood at the door (the first one was taken from our south door and the other 3 from our east door) and took these pictures:

Wow! I don't envy that cold weather but could use a snow day ;-)
