Blue and Yellow Challenge

Saturday as I was creating several cards, Aaron challenged me to make a card with 2 random colors and no stamping or digital image. To pick the colors I closed my eyes and drew two markers from my Tombow stash and drew a burgundy and beige. He said that wasn't fair, so told me to draw another color and it was olive. Ü

He claimed alot of my paper and cards had those colors in them, so he would pick the colors. He chose blue and yellow. Two colors I would never choose on my own to create a card, but I was up to the challenge.

Well, trying to find blue paper was a challenge in itself. I didn't realize that I don't use that color much. But I did find a few in my Basic Grey and My Mind's Eye paper pads and went to work. I *lOvE* how this turned out! I am so glad he challenged me to go out of my comfort zone. I need to do this more often.
I punched then layered blue and yellow patterned paper and then layered 3 silk and paper flowers and tied it off with a button and bow.
