Pink and Orange Challenge

**Be sure to scroll down to see the Flag Day Giveaway winner

Today on D2D, DT member Peggy Wilson chose a pink and orange challenge for this week's weekly challenge. I love pink and orange together and loved how my blue and yellow card turned out, so decided to create another one just like it. For my D2D image I chose to paper piece Fun Fowers.

Here is how I paper piece: I print the size I want on a piece of regular weight computer paper. Here I printed 3 of the same size and flower for my card and 3 of the same but smaller size for the project I will show below.

Then I cut pieces of patterned paper and ahere it with Tombow's Mono Adhesive Removable over the image that I want it to print on. You can see here after it's been printed on my sheet and patterned paper pieces.
Then I just cut out and and adhere together. It is hard to see in the photo of my card and project below, but I used glitter pens to color the flowers in the center. I also used Tombow Dual Brush Pens to do some shading on the flowers.

Since I had scraps left over, I decided to make a matching notepad. This will make a fun and bright gift set to give someone.
