This is another card I made for Making Handmade Cards using their Refresher e-kit. 
For the paper flower I printed the design on paper rather than cardstock so I could crumple it easily. I used 3 different designs and just free-hand cut the circles and then sewed the button to all 3 layers.

Oh such a pretty card. . .that flower is pretty! Love the scrappy feel to your card. . the dp is fantastic!
