Fun with Paper Hats....Kinda

How is that for a title? LOL! This week is all about hats on Cutting Café. Hat files anyway. When Regina first sent out the Party Hat Template, I didn't see a hat, but a cone holder. I also used the new Rosette File.

    These little cones are so popular and you've gone and shown how versatile this file is and I love it. Looks great with the rosette.
