Since I still did not have an oven, I made this in a bread loaf pan so that it would fit in the toaster oven. The extra, I put in a smaller pan and sent home with my future DIL.

I have made this twice now. The first time I made it like it said and used chicken thighs. The second time I used shredded chicken breast and like that even better.
