Flurry of Fun

Cute image is from Designed2Delight. I created this paper bag purse (instructions here) to hold some hot chocolates and other goodies. These are soooo quick and easy to make using a lunch sack and you can use up your scraps to make the bag/purse!

I used scraps for my purse bag and colored the image with Copic markers and then used lots of glitter. It's very sparkly in real life.

**Tip: When coloring my trees, I left the tips and some parts white, so that it looked like they had snow on them.

No snow here yet, but told it is coming by tonite. I'm not really ready for it yet, but we had the longest, most beautiful fall I can remember having in a very long time so can't complain. After all it IS November and we've usually had snow before now.

Last weekend as soon as school got out Friday, Aaron and I headed to Geneva to stay with my brother and SIL. My nephew is in One Act and they were doing their first performance. It started with a supper, then choir and special groups performed. We then all headed to the theater for the One Act Play. It was hilarious!! I can't imagine them doing anything different to make it better. We laughed so hard! I know I will be hearing that they go to state.

Sunday we ate breakfast (2 other brothers and their families came down on Saturday) and then all went to church then back to my brother's for a BBQ dinner. It was a great time and much needed time away. Thank you so much Ed & Vicki (& Ryan Ü) for a wonderful weekend!!
