I have a refreshing drink to share with you this week. I created a strawberry/rhubarb limeade using
this recipe as the base. The recipe calls it Italian Soda, but I made it a limeade. I filled a glass half full of crushed iced, then cut a lime and squeezed as much juice from half a lime onto the ice. Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the strawberry/rhubarb syrup, then fill the rest of the way with a lemon/lime soda and stir.
I saved the crushed fruit and we put in on waffles and ice cream. Yummy!
I am linking this up to
Country Girl at Home for her Pinned It Made It Monday challenge.
sounds yummy and refreshing. I have been having a fruit smoothie every morning (sometimes with spinach or kale). I am going to try this recipe.
