Cutting Cafe's Altered Backgrounds

I have a super fun, easy, and QUICK project for you today! This week for Cutting Cafe, the design team has been challenged to use any background printable images found HERE and to use them on an item(s) that one would normally throw away.

This project took less than 10 minutes to create ONCE I decided on which files to use and picked out my flowers. This is a perfect gift to make for someone who maybe doesn't have a green thumb, or even if they do, because the flowers will last forever.

I used the Christmas Mini Colored Printable Set. I love the colors and I had flowers to match. I printed the strips and polka dots and wrapped around an empty tin can. I've been using altered tin cans for my shower decorations lately, so had some sitting out.

After gluing the cardstock to the can, I pinched the top of the can too look like the photo below. I like this look for something different. Then I glued on some fabric/eyelet lace and then tied on a bow.
Super simple, easy, and fun to do!

Be sure to visit the Cutting Cafe Blog on the 7th and 21st of every month to see the design team's projects in which you can leave a comment to be entered into a drawing to win 3 FREE sets of your choice from the online store.
