Pinned It Made It Monday Week 36/ Hop with Guest Designer Diana Larson

This is my Pinned It Made It plus Tombow hop. I am pinning myself here. I loved THIS banner that I had made and decided to make one for this hop as well.

Tombow is blog hopping with Diana Larson today. The Design Team along with Diana is creating fall themed projects for you. I don't know about where you live, but here we've been having temps in the 30's at nite and 70's or lower during the day. We have even had snow in NE this week! I ♥ fall and hope this doesn't mean we went from summer to winter! I want my long fall months first. Ü

I created this fun BOO Banner using Inky Antics 10710 F Mortimer Mummy image for the "o's". The "B" is from Cutting Cafe's A-Z Huge Letter Sheets file. I used lots of Tombow adhesives:
Mono Glue Stick-adhering paper to chipboard AKA cracker boxes
Mono Adhesive Dots: scallop triangles, sentiment banner, mummy circles to heavy cardstock & B
Mono Adhesive Permanent: straight edged triangles
Mono Multi Glue: tulle & rosettes
Power Tabs: Buttons, Bows, Mummy Rosette pieces and "B" piece

Now how about a chance to win some fun Tombow product. In order to be qualified to win this amazing PRIZE, PLEASE comment on each of the designers projects. Tombow will announce a winner Monday 9/15.

The Prize includes:

It's time now to head over to the super talented Melissa Cash. If you get lost along the way, here is the lineup for this hop:

Corn Candy Banner

**If  you are here for the Tombow Hop with Taylored Expressions, go here

Today on Cutting Café the DT is featuring any of Regina's Halloween or fall files. I am having so much fun making banners (you will be seeing more with winter/Christmas themes later Ü; hope you aren't sick of them), that I chose her Candy Corn Treat Box cutting file to create my banner.

I cut the corn candy pieces (we say "corn candy" and not candy corn in my family) and glued them to cereal/cracker boxes, then trimmed around the corn candy image to create a stronger and more durable banner. I used Tombow's Mono Multi Liquid Glue, Mono Glue Stick and Power Tabs to adhere all the elements and paper.

I punched holes and added ribbon knots and bows to put it all together.

I hope you enjoy this project and invite you to check out the Cutting Café blog tomorrow morning for more inspiration from the Design Team. Don't forget to comment while you are there for a chance to win files of your choice.

Tombow Hops with Taylored Expressions

This week Tombow is hopping with Taylored Expressions. If you came from Taylored Expressions, you are in the right spot on the hop. If not, be sure to start there so as not to miss out on any of the hopping fun!

For my project, I used 2 stamp sets from Taylored Expressions: A Bushel & A Peck (pumpkins) and Spooky Wreath (spider/web & sentiment).

I am loving how this banner turned out. I used dies for the banner and rosettes and Cutting Cafe's "B" from Boo Word Shaped Card Set.

I used Tombow's Mono Multi Liquid Glue, Power Tabs, Mono Adhesive Dots, and Mono Glue Stick, as well as Irojiten Color Pencils and Dual Brush Pens for my banner. To get a bolder color for the pumpkins, I colored them first with Dual Brush Pen #933 for the pumpkin and #027 for the stem and then colored over that with Irojiten Pencils Tangerine-Orange and Cherry Red for the pumpkins and Chestnut Brown for the stem.

Here is a close-up of the "B" where I stamped the spider wreath on the orange designer paper.

Thank you Taylored Expressions for hopping with us! Now it's time to head to Shannon White's blog to see the lovely she created for this hop.

To get you into the Halloween spirit, we're giving away a fa-BOO-lous prize! To enter, leave a comment on each hop blog post. One winner will be randomly chosen from all hop comments to win a prize package that includes a Tombow Permanent Adhesive Runner, a Tombow Dual Brush Pen Set of 6 Groovy, and a Taylored Expressions Halloween stamp set of winner's choice! Comments close at 11:59 pm PST on Sunday, October 27, 2013.

May Arts Halloween Craft Challenge

I was so excited to have been chosen again for a May Arts ribbon challenge. This time it was a Halloween Décor theme and I designed this BOO banner.

I used Tombow's Mono Multi Liquid Glue, Power Tabs, Mono Glue Stick and Mono Adhesive Dot Stamp Runner.

I chose these ribbons to use on my Halloween Boo Banner.
