I was going through my files and saw that I hadn't shared this on my blog. Kitten image is Inky Antics' 10434H Bundled Kitten. Papers are retired by Stampin' Up, I think I've finally used all of them now. I colored the image with colored pencils and Gamsol. Happy Birthday is a SU! stamp.
Love those decorative papers and that kitty is sure bundled up - he's ready for winter weather! Cute card!
